    Roof Replacement & Repair

Asphalt shingle replacement and targeted repair, from a single leak to a full tear-off. Age, how far the damage spreads, and whether the decking underneath is sound are what decide between the two, and none of them can be judged from the ground.

    Vinyl & Fiber Cement Siding

Repaired or replaced, matched to what is already on the house. The storm that takes your shingles usually cracks the siding on the windward wall too, so we look at both while we are there.

What to do after a Louisville storm

Storm damage repair experts for Louisville and Southern Indiana. Wind and hail damage is not always visible from the ground, so it is worth having looked at.

Free inspection

If your roof does not have storm damage, we will tell you that. A free inspection that ends in “you are fine for another five years” is a good outcome for both of us.

  1. Document it now

Photograph everything from the ground, and note the date of the storm. Memory is not evidence, and damage gets harder to date the longer it sits.

  2. Free storm damage inspection

We get on the roof the same way we would for any job, and we show you what we found in photographs.

  3. Full scope, in writing

Every affected area listed, priced, and handed to you on paper. Nothing gets found later that we could have told you up front.

  4. We make the repairs

Scheduled as fast as we can get to you, and cleaned up after. Emergency tarping first if the roof is open.

Straight answers

How much does a new roof cost in Louisville?

Most single-family homes around Louisville land between $8,500 and $14,000 for a full replacement in 2026. Architectural shingles, the standard choice, run about $6 to $9 per square foot installed. Your actual price depends on roof size, pitch, how many layers have to come off, and the condition of the decking underneath, which is why our written estimate is free and is the only number that counts.

Is the roof inspection really free?

Yes, and there is no obligation attached to it. If we find your roof is fine, we will tell you it is fine. We would rather you call us in four years when you actually need us.

Will my insurance cover storm damage?

Wind and hail damage is often covered under a standard homeowners policy, though your deductible and the age of the policy matter, and only your insurer can tell you for certain. What we do is document the damage thoroughly and give you the full scope in writing, so you have exactly what you need when you speak to them.

How long does a roof replacement take?

Most single-family homes are a one to two day job once materials are on site. Weather and roof complexity are the two things that move that.

Do you work in Southern Indiana?

Yes. Clark, Floyd, Harrison, Scott and Washington counties are part of our normal service area, not an exception we make. That covers Jeffersonville, Clarksville, Sellersburg, Charlestown, New Albany, Georgetown, Floyds Knobs, Corydon, Scottsburg and Salem. Crossing the river does not change the free inspection, the written estimate, or how fast we get to you.

What areas do you serve?

We work both sides of the river. In Kentucky that is Louisville and Jefferson County plus St. Matthews, Jeffersontown, Middletown, Fern Creek, Shively, Prospect, Okolona, Valley Station, Anchorage, La Grange, Crestwood, Shepherdsville, Mount Washington, Shelbyville, Taylorsville, Bardstown, Elizabethtown, Brandenburg, New Castle and Bedford. In Indiana it is Clark, Floyd, Harrison, Scott and Washington counties. If you are not sure whether you are in range, call and ask. We probably are.

Do I need a full replacement or just a repair?

Often a repair is genuinely enough. Age, the extent of the damage, and whether the decking underneath is sound all factor in, and those can only be judged from on the roof. You get the photographs, so it is not a call you have to take on trust.
